THE MOST ACTIVE YOUNG SPECIALIST-2025

The qualifying round of the "MOST ACTIVE YOUNG SPECIALIST-2025" competition in the field of road management was held.

"Temiryo'linfratuzilma" JSC

In order to train modern educated, intellectually capable personnel, select promising young personnel in the field, and form a reserve of young managerial personnel, the qualifying round of the "Most Active Young Specialist" competition in the field of road management was held at the "Bukhara MTU" branch.

A total of 14 young workers participated in the competition. The competition was held in the form of oral questions and answers and practical exercises.

According to the overall results of the competition:

🥇1st place Rustamov Asror, railway foreman of the Korlitog railway section branch;

🥈 2nd place was won by Aziz Khotamov, a railway foreman of the Uchkuduk railway branch;

🥉 3rd place was won by Bakhtiyor Boboyorov, a road repairman of the Samarkand railway branch.
